PREPARATION
IS KEY

Martyn’s Law will place a requirement on those responsible for certain locations to consider the threat of terrorism and implement appropriate and proportionate mitigation measures.

The legislation will apply across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. The Act is expected to come into full effect in April 2027.
